2024-2025 DEI Fellowship Program Open Until August 31, 2024
The Planned Giving Forum of Greater Sacramento is committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion by supporting diverse professionals to be successful leaders, gain access to tools, and grow their network to provide meaningful impact on their careers and to the organizations they serve.
The Diversity Advancement Fellowship offers recipients the following benefits:
• One-year paid membership in the Planned Giving Forum of Greater Sacramento, including monthly program registrations and member benefits such as, Ask an Expert, and more!
• Paid registration to the Philanthropy Summit in October ($50 value) CLICK HERE for more information.
• Exclusive programs and social networking opportunities with current and alumni fellows, special guests and experts, and PGFGS Board
• PGFGS liaison, providing a connection for fellows as they continue to expand their network

Eligibility
Applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria:
• Identify as black, indigenous, person of color, LGBTQ+, or person with a disability
• Be a current staff or board member of a nonprofit organization, or a professional advisor engaged in helping clients include charities in their estate and financial planning
• Work within the Greater Sacramento region, which includes El Dorado, Placer, Sacramento, Sutter, Yolo, and Yuba counties
• Be willing to complete a post-program confidential survey
Selection and Deadlines
The application deadline is August 31, 2024. We will notify award recipients by September 25. Priority consideration will be given to professionals at grassroots nonprofits, serving marginalized communities.
