Sacramento Region Community Foundation

Chelsea Fahr is the Senior Director of Philanthropy at the Sacramento Region Community Foundation, where she helps fundholders and donors achieve their philanthropic goals with care and impact. She joined the Foundation team in 2017. A UC Davis alumna, Chelsea has worked in Sacramento’s nonprofit sector for over a decade, including roles at the American Cancer Society and American Red Cross. A Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) and Impact Philanthropy Advisor (IPA), she currently serves as Immediate Past President of the Planned Giving Forum of Greater Sacramento and was named one of Sacramento Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 in 2023.
